Terms of Service

You upload pet photos, pick an art style, and we generate a stylized portrait using AI. Previews are free (with a daily limit) and carry a watermark; purchased products are printed from the clean, unwatermarked artwork.

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. If people appear in a photo, you confirm they're okay with it.
• Don't upload unlawful content, content depicting harm, or other people's copyrighted work.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us the limited license needed to store them, process them with our AI providers, generate your portraits, and (after purchase) print them.

Generated portraits are AI-made interpretations — each one is unique, and a retry produces a different image, not a tweak of the last one. Once you've purchased a product, you can use the portrait on it for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may decline or refund any request our quality and content screens flag (for example, recognizable trademarked characters).

Free previews are rate-limited per visitor and protected by a bot check. Automated or scripted use of the generator isn't allowed.

We work hard to make every portrait delightful, but the service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
