Every FurryBooth product is custom-printed with your pet's portrait, so we can't restock returns the way an ordinary shop can. Here's what we promise instead.
Damaged or defective? We fix it.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a print defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
You saw the preview
The portrait on your product is exactly the artwork you approved at checkout. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns just for changing your mind about the style or the artwork itself — that's why previews are free before you buy. That said, if you feel the printed result clearly doesn't match the preview you approved, get in touch; we'll make it right.
Wrong size or address
Ordered the wrong shirt size, or shipped to an old address? Contact us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't gone to print yet we can usually fix it. After printing, size exchanges are handled case by case (you'll usually only pay shipping).
